Due to the nature of our services, we do not offer refunds for services that have already been delivered or partially completed. However, we do offer refunds under certain conditions as described below.

2. Eligibility for Refunds

You may be eligible for a refund if:

You cancel the service within 7 days of the initial payment AND work has not yet started.
We are unable to deliver the service due to technical or internal reasons.
A duplicate payment was made due to a technical glitch or payment gateway error.

3. Non-Refundable Cases

We do not offer refunds in the following cases:

The service has been partially or fully delivered.
The refund request is made after 7 days of the purchase date.
You changed your mind or no longer require the service.
Delay in project delivery caused by client-side factors (e.g., lack of communication, delays in providing required information).
Services like SEO, PPC, SMO, domain registration, hosting, or third-party integrations already executed.

4. Custom Project Work

An initial non-refundable advance payment is required to begin work.
If you cancel the project midway, you will be billed for the work completed up to that point.
No refund will be issued for completed milestones or approved deliverables.
